Application Data Processing Notice

When you apply, your information is collected for recruitment, evaluation and communication about your application.

Processing steps

• Your form and resume are stored securely; the resume is kept in private storage.
• The recruitment team reviews your application and may record internal notes and status updates.
• Shortlisted candidates are contacted by email or phone.

Retention and deletion

Applications are retained for up to 12 months after a role closes and then deleted. You may ask for earlier deletion at any time via hr@pehchan.app.

Consent

You give consent by ticking the confirmation box before submitting. You can withdraw consent by requesting deletion.
