This policy explains how PEHCHAN ("we") handles personal information submitted through careers.pehchan.app.

Information we collect

• Contact details: name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, city and state.
• Application details: age, current status, motivation, skills, portfolio and LinkedIn links, and your resume.
• Limited technical data (a one-way hash of your network address) used only to prevent spam.

How we use it

Solely for recruitment: evaluating your application, contacting you about it, and scheduling interviews. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Who can access it

Only authorised PEHCHAN recruitment staff. Resumes are stored privately and accessed through short-lived secure links.

Retention

We keep applications for up to 12 months after the role closes, after which they are deleted unless you ask us to keep them for future openings.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of your application at any time by writing to hr@pehchan.app.

This policy is provided for transparency and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before being relied on as a statement of legal compliance.
